BOUDOIR BOOKING AGREEMENT

Any pricing mentioned includes shipping. Design of any products will be communicated with Client before sending to be published. Please make lists of photographs you want, any photographs that you would like to be included with any published products. This can be done via your private digital album, but please let me know when you've completed your selections.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CONFIRMATION OF SESSION

At the time of signing the agreement, the sitting fee must be paid. This fee confirms and holds your appointment date. All agreed costs can be made before, at or after the arranged appointment. All costs due must be met before the Photographer will release any photographs, or send away any published items to be printed. The session fee includes optional consultation, appointment, and the option of an in-person photograph reveal.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellations made THREE WEEKS BEFORE the appointment will be refunded 50% of the session fee. Cancellations made WITHIN THREE WEEKS BEFORE the appointment will not be refunded the sitting fee. If an appointment requires rescheduling, a fee of $100.00 is required.

PRINTED/PUBLISHED ITEMS

Collections/Published/Printed items may be purchased through the Photographer. Turn around for digital photographs may be up to TWO WEEKS MAX, with printed items turn-around being THREE WEEKS MAX. If any issues occur, these will be communicated with the client. Design will be approved by client before sending away to be printed. Full payment is required before items will be sent or publishing or be released digitally to the client.

PAYMENT

Please use full name as reference. An invoice will be sent to your email address.. Date is not held until sitting fee has been received. Products or Images will not be released until full payment has been made. Full payment should be completed One Week before the session date unless otherwise arranged. Payment plans and payment schedule should be communicated in writing to the Photographer.

Extra images will not be edited until payment has been received for them. After two months of no payment, these images will be wiped and it will be understood that you no longer want them.

HAIR AND MAKEUP - THIS NEEDS TO BE CONFIRMED AT TIME OF BOOKING OR VIA YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE. Things can be lost in translation so if we discuss hair and makeup via email, I need a clear confirmation - e.g. "I want to book hair and makeup". Otherwise it will be assumed you do not want makeup and hair organised.

health concerns

I can still take bookings under all levels - there are no longer requirements around scanning and vaccine passes so these will not be required. If you have any concerns and/or requirements due to your personal health, please feel free to let me know.
